Columns ready, three cards, and the first one is the one that matters. Drag a card, open one, try it.

Projects rarely stall on craftsmanship. They stall on noise.

This is the reason Wyroo exists.

Old drawings in mailboxes. Decisions from a meeting nobody wrote down. Status meetings that only exist because nobody can see the state of the work.

A building team should be building, not hunting for information. So Wyroo brings everything that matters to a project together in one clear place, and everyone works from the same realtime picture.

Less noise. More progress.

The same week, with and without Wyroo

The same project. The same people. A lot less noise.

Without Wyroo

  • How is the project doing?
  • Who was going to pick this up again?
  • What did we agree on here?
  • Where is the latest drawing?

With Wyroo

  • Progress is visible to everyone in realtime.
  • Everyone knows what needs doing and who is up.
  • Decisions and remarks sit with the subject they concern.
  • Everyone works from the same current information.

Planning and execution

Planning says what should happen. The board shows what is happening.

Three things that come together

See the work

The board shows who is doing what, what has priority and where it stands. Nobody has to ask how things are going.

Trust the information

The current drawing with every revision beside it, remarks on the spot they are about, and decisions attached to the work. What you open is what counts.

Keep everyone connected

Meetings end in decisions and action points on the board. Trade partners join in without a fuss, and the client follows progress without asking.

Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up most.

Does the board replace our planning software?

The board runs the daily flow of work, not the months-ahead schedule. Most teams keep their planning tool and stop using mail, spreadsheets and status calls for day-to-day coordination.

Who sees which board?

You decide per project. Your team sees the projects they work on, a subcontractor sees only theirs, and a client can follow progress without the internal back and forth.

Can subcontractors or clients without an account follow the work?

Yes. Assign them to a role, and they receive a short email digest of the cards that concern them, without creating an account and without seeing the project itself. Informing someone never means letting them in.

What happens to the notes when a new version of the drawing arrives?

Wyroo offers to carry the open marks forward onto the new version, replies included, each one flagged to verify. The drawing may have moved, so you check every carried mark against the new sheet and confirm it or drag it to the right spot. Marks that were already resolved stay with the version they belong to, as the record of what was raised.

Where are my files stored?

In private storage in the European Union, in Amazon's Frankfurt region, never in a public bucket. A drawing is served through a link that is signed for you and expires after five minutes, so a link cannot be forwarded and reused later. When you do want to share a file outside the project you create a share link deliberately, and you decide how long it lasts.

What counts as an active seat?

A team member who signed in during the last 28 days. Someone who has not used Wyroo for longer than 28 days stops counting as an active seat automatically. You pay for them again the moment they sign in, so you never pay for dormant accounts.
